The founder
Founder and principal lawyer of Lime Law Corporation. A busy corporate-commercial and real estate practice, a focus on creative and private financing, and a litigator's instinct for what happens when deals go sideways.
Practice
Alireza founded Lime Law Corporation and runs a busy practice centred on corporate-commercial and real estate matters. A large share of that work involves creative financing — private mortgages, alternative lending structures, and the security packages behind them. He routinely acts for lenders of all sizes on lending transactions, from individuals making a first private loan to established lending businesses.
Before founding Lime Law, Alireza practised as a litigator at another firm — and that background still earns its keep. When a transaction goes wrong, he attends court on behalf of his clients rather than handing the file to a stranger. He has appeared before various BC tribunals, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Federal Court of Canada.
He practises in English and Farsi.

Off the clock
Outside the office, Alireza spends most of his time exploring British Columbia with his dog Odin, a Belgian Malinois with strong opinions about trailheads. Summers are for mountain biking, winters for skiing, and the time in between for books — science fiction first.
Send the firm the basics. Most enquiries are answered within one business day.
