Lime Law Corporation handles real estate, corporate and commercial, estate planning, and civil disputes across Metro Vancouver. Small by design, flat-fee where the work is predictable, and quoted on the file where it isn't.
How we work
Boutique, by design.
We're small on purpose. The files we accept get the attention they need, and you talk to the people doing the work — no chains of associates between you and the file. Most enquiries are answered within one business day, and we say no early when something isn't a fit.
Flat-fee where it works.
Real estate transactions, incorporations, wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications run on flat fees published in advance. For complex transactions, contested matters, and litigation, we work hourly with a written budget for each phase of the file. We do not run the meter without a plan.
English and Farsi.
We work in both, at the same standard — a real bilingual practice rather than a marketing line. The firm runs digitally where it makes sense: most files close by phone, email, video, and electronic signing, with in-person meetings when they're useful.
What we don't do
Lime Law does not handle family law, criminal defence, immigration, or personal injury. The firm's four practice areas are deliberate — they're the work we run well and at scale, and the work we keep current on.
When a matter falls outside the firm's lane, we say so at intake and refer the file to a firm that does the work. The referral conversation is part of the first call.
We also do not run files on contingency, except in narrow circumstances assessed on the file. The kinds of matters where contingency is the standard arrangement — personal injury, class action, employment plaintiff work — are the kinds of matters Lime Law does not take.
Where we are
The firm's office is at 1300 – 1500 West Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver. Most files run by phone, email, and electronic signing — clients across Metro Vancouver, including West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Richmond, and Port Moody, work with the firm without coming downtown for routine matters. In-person meetings are available when they make sense.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Outside of business hours, the firm is reachable by email, with replies returning the next business day.
